I Became My Mother's Mother

Yuan Meng wakes up as her own grandmother in 1988 and fights to save her mother from a sexist family robbing her of an education and a future. Unknown to her, her mother also travels back, recognizes her, and silently plays along—even choosing to give birth to Yuan Meng all over again.
